A Message From Dr. Mohammed Faiyaz Ansari
Respected residents of Balapur and particularly Prabhag No. 9, Bada Mominpura,
Assalamu Alaikum,
From this Prabhag, my daughter Dr. Samiya Shajar Dr. Mohammad Faiyaz Husain
and the brother of Dr. Misbahuddin — Hafiz Miftahuddin Mohammad Zaheerruddin — are contesting among you on the Congress Party ticket.

And the election symbol for all three candidates is the Hand .
Therefore, I sincerely request all of you to press the button in front of the Hand symbol and help all three candidates win with the highest number of votes.
Dear respected people,
You have continuously elected me from Mominpura Ward from 2006 till today, and this is a kindness I can never forget in my lifetime.
I, too, have always tried my best to fulfil your expectations.
However, a human is prone to mistakes.
If there have been any shortcomings from my side,
I humbly seek forgiveness from all of you.

Burning Issues

Disorganized Educational System of Anjuman Anwar-ul-Islam, Balapur — Playing with the Future of Our Children
The Anjuman Anwar-ul-Islam Trust in Balapur has been taken over by a few individuals who ended its democratic system, leading to corruption, poor education, and the destruction of students’ futures. The people now demand justice, transparency, and restoration of the institution’s original purpose.
Forced oppression on the people by Balapur Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha Ltd
The people of Balapur still suffer from the financial shock caused by the collapse of Balapur Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha Ltd. Its founder, Sayyed Natikuddin Khatib, continues to face serious allegations of mismanagement and irregularities.
For nearly ten years, poor and hardworking citizens deposited ₹5,000 to ₹50,000 — trusting the institution with their life savings. But when the Patsanstha shut down, their entire savings disappeared overnight. Thousands of families were devastated, protests broke out, and the case reached the Consumer Court.

Waqf Assets Under Threat: A Silent Crisis Ignored by Local Authorities
Waqf properties—endowments meant for community welfare, education, and support of the poor—are slowly slipping away due to the unlawful actions of certain local authorities. For years, valuable Waqf lands, shops, and buildings have been misused, encroached upon, or illegally transferred without the consent of the community or the Waqf Board.
This issue is not just about land; it is about justice, accountability, and the protection of heritage.
Many community members claim that records were manipulated, boundaries were altered, and assets were handed over to influential individuals under the guise of “development.”
The result?
The community’s rightful property is shrinking, while those responsible remain unchecked.
